Delete your account
Here you can delete your STRATUM ZERO account and your saved game without installing the game. You need your Player ID and the deletion code, both shown in the game under Settings → Account.
What is deleted: the device identifier and its key, the account, the link with Google, your Gemkin, runes, currencies, progress, teams, settings, battle history and your technical logs. What is kept: only the record of your purchases (6 years, for accounting), separate from everything else. Deletion is immediate, cannot be undone and does not give a refund for purchases.
No code? If you no longer have the game or cannot open it, email the address in the privacy policy with your Player ID and we will delete it within 30 days. If you played as a guest and no longer have the phone, the account is deleted automatically after 24 months without use. Privacy policy
